Our PTFE High Pressure Multipurpose Hose is constructed with a combination of PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) and EPDM synthetic rubber in the inner layer. This unique composition offers exceptional resistance to corrosion, even when exposed to highly corrosive chemicals such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and sulfur reactants. It is the ideal choice for industries where chemical resistance is paramount, including food and medical applications.

To ensure strength and durability, the hose is reinforced with either two steel wire braids or four-ply spiraled steel wire. This reinforcement provides excellent structural integrity and enables the hose to withstand high pressures.

The outer layer of the hose is made of black, red, yellow, or blue oxygen, UV, and abrasion-resistant NV or EPDM synthetic rubber, providing additional protection against external elements. For enhanced resistance to specific chemicals, an optional UPE layer is available.

Operating within a wide temperature range of -55°C to 220°C (-67°F to 428°F), our PTFE High Pressure Multipurpose Hose is capable of handling extreme temperatures with ease. It complies with the reference standard EN12115, ensuring the highest quality and adherence to industry regulations.
